Product Description - all-weather and with lots of traction The Shimano SH-ET701 platform pedal shoes, called ET7 for short, have been specially developed for e-bike rides and are equipped with very precise and quickly adjustable BOA L6 dials. Perfect for everyday and casual wear in bad weather, the model features a water-repellent Splashshield membrane at the front that protects the toes from wetness without compromising comfort. The block tread and the cross groove pattern of the sole as well as additional traction zones in the toe and heel area provide the best grip on the pedal and the ground. To ensure that none of your and the motor's power is lost, Shimano has incorporated a Power Blade plate into the midsole. The mesh upper, which like the midsole comes partly from recycling processes, has been combined with TPU for more durability.
