This smoke barbecue is a combination of a traditional barbecue and a smoking oven. You can grill, smoke, roast and keep your prepared food warm. In the fire box, smoldering wood produces heat and smoke that is distributed in proportion to the smoker. If you only use 1 cooking technique, the separate fire box can be used to keep your prepared food warm.

The Nevada has a fire box and 2 smokers. Meat, fish, vegetables, pizza and even bread can be delicious with the smoking oven. The taste of the food can be influenced by the wood choice. The food is prepared at low temperature, this ensures that your fish and meat stay juicy and delicious.

This smoking oven has 2 very spacious grill compartments. A thermometer allows you to monitor the temperature within the smoking oven. There is also an extra rack to save wood at the bottom.

Remark: We recommend using a BBQ cover (not included) to protect the product against bad weather conditions.
