The versatile sofa with a weight rack and dumbbell set is an excellent choice for training different muscle groups. He is a must -have for those who are new in strength training. Our weight sofa is ideal for bench press, back leg curls, crunches, sit-ups and PEC exercises!

Because comfort is important during exercises, the training sofa is equipped with a backrest with 4 positions, it is well fed and has foam rolls to support the knees. Training with a dumbbell is very safe thanks to the safety brackets. The weight sofa can be easily folded after use and stored vertically.

The dumbbell set consists of solid chromed rods with fast-acting spring closures (for long dumbbell rod), anti-slip serrated handles and grooved screw caps (for barbells) for sturdy attachment of the weight discs. You can train without having to worry about safety issues. The weights are made of a robust polyethylene housing. They can be combined in different ways for different training purposes.
